Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Risk Management Team

About the role

Marsh is looking for an experienced risk management professional to join its Hong Kong team. You will manage a portfolio of businesses under a key conglomerate account, providing insurance placement and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of businesses, ensuring effective placement of insurance programs and serving as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee annual insurance renewals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Understand client operations and risk profiles, delivering tailored insurance solutions through Marsh’s client servicing model.
• Collaborate with placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on renewals and solutions.
• Assist clients in reviewing third‑party contracts and deliver training workshops as needed.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports and recommendations to clients.
• Responsible for account profitability, budgeting and receivables, and implementation of Marsh Professional Standards.

Required profile

• Valid broker licence.
• 8‑10 years of experience in the broking industry with strong product knowledge.
• Proactive, self‑driven, solution‑focused and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
