Associate Data & API Platform Lead

About the role

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is looking for an Associate Data & API Platform Lead to drive data‑centric initiatives across the organisation. The role will combine data analysis, engineering and API strategy to deliver actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven projects aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Build and manage data assets, ensuring data quality, governance and scalability.
• Support the creation of APIs that expose data services to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience managing data projects and delivering data assets.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
