Boutique Supervisor – Watches & Fine Jewelry

About the role

As a Boutique Supervisor you will support and motivate the Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisors, ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience. You act as the link between boutique management and the sales team, overseeing daily operations and upholding Chanel’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily boutique operations and floor activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising, grooming, and service standards.
• Coach, develop, and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Manage client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, prepare reports and suggest operational improvements.
• Lead projects and collaborate across divisions to implement strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Solid retail experience, preferably in luxury, watches or fine jewelry.
• Proven coaching and supervisory abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client‑focused mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
• Competence in business analysis, planning and organizing.
• Presentable appearance and strong teamwork orientation.
• Computer literacy and openness to learning new systems.
