Brand Representative – Festival Walk

About the role
As a Brand Representative at the Festival Walk location, you will bring the Abercrombie & Fitch store experience to life. You will engage customers with genuine care, help them find the right products, and maintain a welcoming, well‑presented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive service, anticipate customer needs, and offer styling guidance across product categories.
- Support product replenishment, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually consistent.
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap, ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Assist with omni‑channel orders, including Save the Sale, In‑Store Pick‑Up, and ship‑from‑store packaging.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about connecting with customers and delivering excellent service.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of visual merchandising standards.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
