Business Development Manager

About the role

Omnichat is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales of its omnichannel messaging platform. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospect research to closing deals with large retail and e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of enterprise leads and opportunities.
• Conduct research on prospects to uncover business needs and pain points.
• Deliver product demos and presentations to key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to launch lead‑generation campaigns.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline status to sales management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales or telesales experience, preferably in Marketing‑Tech SaaS.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
