Business Development Manager

About the role

Join CSC’s Digital Brand Services team in Hong Kong as a Business Development Manager. You will drive growth in the Greater China market by identifying new prospects, building trusted relationships, and delivering tailored security and brand protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire blue‑chip and top companies in Greater China, focusing on high‑revenue, strategic accounts.
• Manage relationships with multiple decision‑makers, understand client challenges, and align CSC solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and expand business opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of CSC’s Domain Security and Brand Protection Services.
• Maintain regular client contact through face‑to‑face meetings, virtual calls, and email updates.
• Own the full sales cycle from need discovery to proposal, onboarding, and retention.
• Achieve an annual new‑revenue target of US$500K.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales and account management.
• Degree holder with strong presentation, planning and organizational abilities.
• Service‑oriented, highly motivated, proactive and strategic thinker.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
