Business Development Representative – Hong Kong

About the role

As a Business Development Representative based in Hong Kong, you will introduce Enfusion’s investment‑management platform to prospects across the Chinese market. The role combines outbound prospecting, relationship building, and coordination with senior sales executives to generate qualified pipeline for institutional asset managers and hedge funds.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outreach (email, cold‑call, social media) to prospects in the Chinese market following the company’s lead‑generation strategy.
• Research and identify key personas within institutional asset manager and hedge fund accounts.
• Book meetings, qualify leads, and ensure high‑quality hand‑offs to senior sales representatives.
• Maintain detailed meeting notes and pipeline updates for accurate tracking.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to Shanghai and other major Chinese cities to meet prospects in person.
• Continuously learn Enfusion’s product suite, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
