Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive the acquisition and onboarding of brand merchants across consumer products, collectibles, retail and services. The role focuses on helping merchants issue tokens, list them on our platform, and leverage the benefits of Consumer Real‑World Assets (RWA) to secure pre‑sale cash flow and build traffic assets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard brand merchants to issue tokens and list on the platform.
• Pitch the advantages of Consumer RWA to merchants, highlighting cash‑flow and traffic benefits.
• Maintain client relationships, manage contracts, and oversee project launch processes.
• Gather market feedback from merchants to refine token issuance and consulting solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or e‑commerce merchant acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, result‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese is a plus for Hong Kong and international markets.
• Strong interest in blockchain, innovative business models, and fast learning.
