Client Advisor, Wine Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor in our Wine Retail boutique, you will drive sales while delivering a memorable, luxury experience to high‑net‑worth clients. You will combine storytelling, deep product knowledge, and premium hospitality to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide personalized advisory services across wine, spirits, and occasional luxury categories.
• Develop and nurture client relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up, including CRM initiatives.
• Accurately capture client data for retention and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and support events.
• Assist the store manager with daily operations: floor management, visual merchandising, inventory control, opening and closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with security, post‑sale documentation, and company policies.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics in the luxury sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience in retail or hospitality; experience in wine & spirits or F&B is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine & spirits (WSET or similar qualifications highly regarded).
• Comfortable engaging and selling to HNWI and UHNWI with an understanding of their behavior.
• Previous experience in client service, luxury retail, or hospitality.
