Client Manager / Assistant Vice President - Risk Management

About the role

Join Marsh's Risk Management team in Hong Kong to manage a portfolio of large multinational clients, providing insurance program renewals and daily client support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large multinational clients, handling insurance program renewals and daily inquiries.
• Understand client risk exposures and deliver insurance solutions, expanding the portfolio with new products and advisory services.
• Collaborate with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on renewals and solutions.
• Coordinate with Marsh network offices to ensure local service standards are met.
• Maintain account profitability, budget, receivables and implement Marsh Professional Standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in insurance, risk management or a related field.
• IIQE or ANZIIF qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in general insurance, preferably with multinational clients.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, flexible and strong time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
