About the role

Third Bridge is seeking a motivated Client Services Associate to join its Hong Kong office. You will be at the heart of the business, connecting industry experts with top‑tier investors and consultants, often under tight deadlines. This on‑site position offers a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment where strong communication and commercial curiosity are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, call, and engage experts across multiple industries to secure their time for client calls.
• Own end‑to‑end projects, understanding client needs and scheduling high‑caliber expert interviews.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive timelines.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge’s full suite of services, including content libraries, surveys, and advisory calls.
• Develop broad market knowledge, including business models and regulatory landscapes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) at a C1 level or higher.
• Ambitious, intellectually strong, and able to demonstrate grit through internships, extracurricular leadership, or work experience.
• Comfortable making cold calls and building rapport quickly.
• Resilient, goal‑oriented, and eager to exceed targets.
