CNS/ATM Lead Systems Engineer

About the role

Egis, a global consulting and engineering firm in construction, transport and mobility, is hiring a CNS/ATM Lead Systems Engineer in Hong Kong. The Lead Systems Engineer manages the on-site System Engineering Office and all CNS/ATM systems engineering and safety assessment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the on-site System Engineering Office and all CNS/ATM systems engineering and safety assessment activities.
• Lead and take part in Design Reviews and Technical Workshops for CNS/ATM implementation and coordinate the resolution of design and implementation details and changes.
• Help develop and improve systems engineering life cycle processes and deliverables for the Systems of Interest, including the System Integration and Transition Program and the Cutover and Technical Support Program.
• Present regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science or above, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in systems engineering.
• Sound knowledge of CNS/ATM systems engineering and safety assurance standards.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Planning, project management, leadership, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and build effective working relationships.
