Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
• Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend suitable JURA coffee machines and accessories.
• Conduct live product demonstrations and coffee tastings to showcase features and benefits.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Passion for coffee and premium lifestyle products.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a results‑oriented, proactive attitude.
• Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
