Commercial Manager – APAC Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead growth across retail, wholesale, e‑commerce and OEM channels in the APAC region. You will shape commercial strategy, strengthen partnerships and ensure seamless integration of online and offline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies across multiple business channels.
• Drive growth in retail, wholesale and e‑commerce while monitoring KPI performance.
• Manage regional wholesale partnerships across China and Asia.
• Lead franchise development and acquire new wholesale clients.
• Optimize business performance across market segments.
• Ensure seamless integration of online and offline retail operations.
• Oversee commercial relationships with Korean fashion brands.
• Drive OEM business development with customers.
• Collaborate with merchandising and e‑commerce teams on performance and development.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in fashion retail/wholesale, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Proven success in multi‑channel business development and managing retail, wholesale and e‑commerce operations.
• Deep knowledge of fast‑fashion markets in APAC.
• Experience in OEM business operations.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages (Thai, Malay) a plus.
