About the role
The Counter Services Trainee (Teller Trainee) will work under the supervision of the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in a Dah Sing Group branch. This entry‑level position involves handling front‑desk transactions, supporting back‑office tasks and delivering quality service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle counter transactions and cash handling duties.
- Assist with back‑office operations and administrative tasks.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and address client inquiries.
- Promote and cross‑sell Retail Banking products to customers.
Required profile
- Secondary education or HKDSE qualification.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good command of both Chinese and English.
- Enthusiastic about promoting and cross‑selling banking products.
- Willingness to participate in off‑site promotion activities.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without prior banking experience are welcome.
