Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for e‑shop customers in Greater China, handling enquiries, complaints and order processing. You will work closely with sales, logistics and the broader operations team to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day customer enquiries and complaints from the e‑shop.
• Liaise with sales and logistics teams to confirm product delivery status.
• Process daily orders accurately via telephone, email or fax.
• Follow up on product returns and coordinate credit issues.
• Provide order status updates and support to the sales team.
• Assist the sales team with various support services to improve productivity.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• DSE or higher education qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an order desk or call‑centre environment (preferred).
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP order‑entry system, preferably Oracle.
