Customer Services Officer – Airport Operations

About the role

Join Cathay Pacific's Airport Service Delivery team at Hong Kong International Airport and become the face of the airline for passengers from around the world. You will provide a seamless, courteous experience from check‑in through boarding, acting as a brand ambassador in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Cathay Pacific brand and deliver excellent customer service at the Sky Pier Terminal and designated pre‑flight registration points.
• Assist passengers at check‑in counters, departure lounges and arrival areas, ensuring a smooth journey.
• Support behind‑the‑scenes operations, including preparation of flight‑related documentation.
• Handle shift work, including overnight, weekend and public‑holiday schedules.
• Maintain safety standards and pass a pre‑employment drug test as required for safety‑sensitive roles.

Required profile

• Right to work in Hong Kong and minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Strong customer‑service attitude with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1.5 years or more experience in airline or hospitality are considered experienced.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken English and Cantonese.
• Putonghua (Mandarin) proficiency is an advantage.
