Desktop Support Technician – End‑User IT Support

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide first‑ and second‑level assistance to end‑users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues both on‑site and remotely, ensuring smooth operation of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver local and remote troubleshooting for software, hardware, and applications (1st/2nd level support).
• Install, upgrade, and manage Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise anti‑virus/encryption tools.
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Log, document, and manage incidents through the ticketing system while meeting service‑level agreements.
• Support network connectivity, mobile device management (iOS/Android), basic macOS queries, and collaborate with third‑party vendors for complex AV issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Windows Desktop Support (minimum 18 months hands‑on).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, clear communication, and a team‑first mindset.
