Digital Marketing & Acquisition Executive (Regional)

About the role

Lalamove is expanding its digital and acquisition team to accelerate global growth. We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing & Acquisition Executive to help acquire new users across multiple markets and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager in shaping a global growth strategy covering acquisition and activation across paid and owned channels.
• Guide and monitor media performance with local city teams on earned channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and paid channels (Facebook, Google, programmatic, affiliate).
• Develop, implement and track SEO and ASO initiatives to boost traffic and brand awareness.
• Analyze acquisition data, extract insights with the Data Analysis team, and optimize campaigns for performance uplift.
• Explore new channels and ad‑tech solutions, run A/B tests, and build experiment frameworks to improve channel efficiency.

• Highly autonomous, self‑organized, and capable of owning end‑to‑end projects.
• Data‑driven decision maker who leverages existing data to inform actions.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work with multiple stakeholders across markets.

Required skills

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1+ year experience in digital marketing (media planning, social media, digital campaigns, CRM, SEM, SEO).
• Hands‑on knowledge of ad‑tech and biddable platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, DV360.
• Experience with SEO, ASO, and programmatic advertising.
