Digital Marketing Officer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to lead our performance‑marketing engine and drive student enrolments. You will own the end‑to‑end paid acquisition process, from campaign planning to conversion tracking and lead follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to generate high‑quality student enquiries while meeting CPL and CPA targets.
• Design, test and improve landing pages, enquiry forms and remarketing flows to maximise conversion rates.
• Manage the lead‑to‑enrolment funnel, qualifying enquiries and coordinating follow‑up actions with the sales team.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, conversion pixels) and produce regular performance dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools daily to create ad copy, visual assets and conduct rapid campaign analysis.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience, preferably in education, training or consumer services.
• Proven track record of managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable results (CPL, CPA, conversion rates).
• Strong analytical mindset with the habit of making data‑driven decisions.
• Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in written and spoken English; Chinese copywriting is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to run campaigns from strategy to execution with minimal supervision.
