Electrical Engineer – Transport & Communications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Transport and Communications team. The role combines hands‑on site work with technical design responsibilities, supporting the delivery of low‑voltage (LV) and high‑voltage (HV) infrastructure projects across Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Review client EOIs, tender documents, drawings and site conditions to assess requirements, risks and constructability.
• Critique client, consultant and subcontractor designs, identifying technical gaps, clashes or impractical details.
• Develop practical engineering solutions that balance safety, quality, compliance and programme constraints.
• Prepare design proposals, technical submissions, method statements, project documentation, site records and as‑built drawings.
• Coordinate manpower, vehicles, tools, materials, subcontractors and suppliers with the Project Manager to meet programme targets.
• Maintain a visible site presence, driving high standards of safety, quality, productivity and site discipline.

Required profile

• Solid site experience in LV/HV infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical capability with the ability to review and challenge designs.
• Motivation to develop towards project leadership responsibilities.
• Effective communication with clients, contractors, supervisors and subcontractors.
