Electronic Engineer, Hardware

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer to lead hardware design projects across automotive, home appliance and power‑tool applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring concepts from R&D to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, software and mechanical teams to develop hardware architectures.
• Design, verify and debug EMC solutions.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
• Conduct first‑review checks on schematics, PCB layouts and engineering BOMs.
• Manage the China engineering team for production support and issue resolution.
• Interface with customers and suppliers on technical matters.
• Track projects from prototype through to mass‑production hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in research or product development.
• Strong background in analog MCU hardware design.
• Good knowledge of embedded system structures and digital/analog signal processing.
• Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
