Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Control & Communications)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineer or Assistant Engineer to contribute to the design and execution of control and communications solutions. The role involves working on detailed engineering designs, overseeing installation and commissioning activities, and ensuring project deliverables meet contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design detailed solutions and execute predefined work packages for control and communications systems.
• Plan, monitor, and control work execution in line with the project schedule.
• Prepare, organise, and submit project documentation and submissions that satisfy contract requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and interface parties to clarify scope and facilitate information exchange.
• Manage and supervise sub‑contractors and suppliers to ensure deliveries meet contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in an engineering discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in control and/or communications engineering (candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Engineer position).
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, high‑pressure environment.
