Enterprise Account Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

Airwallex is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of high‑growth Hong Kong customers. In this post‑sales commercial role you will partner with enterprise clients to maximise the value they receive from Airwallex’s payment acceptance and point‑of‑sale solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end relationships with assigned enterprise accounts, from onboarding through ongoing growth.
• Drive product adoption of Airwallex’s payment acceptance and POS capabilities.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, upselling and cross‑selling where appropriate.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve operational challenges and align the platform with their business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Strategy teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within fintech or payments.
• Proven track record of growing existing enterprise relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex business workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of payment acceptance and point‑of‑sale use cases.
• Familiarity with the Airwallex platform or similar global payments solutions.
