Family House Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hospitality‑focused professional to serve as the House Manager for the family of our Founder & Executive Chairman. This position combines personal household oversight with high‑level service, ensuring the residence runs smoothly and the family’s needs are met with excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all personal household and social tasks for the family.
• Manage inventory, stock‑taking and restocking of food, linens, cutlery, crockery, glassware and other supplies.
• Arrange reservations, appointments and travel logistics.
• Track warranty renewals, repairs, fire‑safety checks, car licences, vehicle servicing, gym equipment maintenance, etc.
• Coordinate with contractors for renovation or maintenance projects.
• Ensure all gadgets and phones are updated with the latest software and applications.
• Train and supervise staff in housekeeping, laundry, formal and informal dining, table setting and flower arrangement.
• Liaise daily with the chef for meal planning and service.
• Prepare and review monthly statements for grocery, dry‑cleaning, home expenses and petty cash.

Required profile

• Flexible working hours and ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule.
• Experience as a House Manager with Butler service and personal assistant duties.
• Butler Academy Diploma.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Cantonese.
• Strong communication, supervisory and training capabilities.
• Hospitality background, preferably with food & beverage experience.
• High standards, reliability, and a service‑oriented mindset.
