Fiduciary Account Assistant – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Join Marsh's Fiduciary Team in Hong Kong as a Fiduciary Account Assistant on a 1‑year contract. This position is open to fresh graduates with the right accounting background and offers exposure to cash settlement and credit control functions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cash settlement and credit control within the customer support service team.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, perform data entry and filing.
• Liaise daily with internal brokers and external clients on accounting operations.
• Perform routine accounting tasks and provide administrative support to the team.
• Assist with general accounting duties and ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in cash accounting, settlement or credit control (fresh graduates with suitable qualifications may be considered).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedules.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
