Finance Business Partner

About the role

BIT is seeking a Finance Business Partner to bridge financial insight with business strategy in the fast‑moving digital asset space. You will work closely with multiple business units, providing analysis, reporting, and risk management to support growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business departments, understanding their financial needs.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present business‑critical information to stakeholders.
• Provide analysis and insights that link finance to overall business strategy.
• Assist business units in improving yield and profitability.
• Analyze and hedge fiat and cryptocurrency risk exposures.
• Manage cash and cryptocurrency positions, including forecasting.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial accounting.
• Independent, quick learner with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Visionary and strategic thinker with a track record of growing operations in challenging environments.
• Creative, proactive problem‑solver.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
