Finance Manager – Group Financial Reporting

About the role

SuperX is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Group’s financial reporting and compliance function for its US‑listed entity. The role ensures full adherence to US GAAP, SEC regulations and SOX requirements while providing accurate financial information to senior management and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the group’s financial reporting function, guaranteeing compliance with US GAAP and SEC filing requirements.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly and year‑end close process, preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements (10‑K, 10‑Q).
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, coordinating annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Develop, maintain and monitor internal control policies to ensure SOX 404 compliance.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842) and M&A activities.
• Support investor‑relations and equity‑financing initiatives by delivering accurate financial data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 3‑5 years at a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Proven experience in US‑listed companies, particularly China‑concept or Hong Kong stocks listed in the US.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting standards and SOX 404 compliance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
