Finance Manager – Investment Banking (45‑55k)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a high‑caliber finance team within a stable investment‑focused financial institution operating across Greater China and Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic finance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the full set of accounts and prepare group financial reports.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial and tax schedules for statutory audit compliance.
• Monitor daily trading P&L, balance‑sheet positions, and related accounting entries.
• Prepare Financial Reporting Returns (FRR) and ensure internal controls are upheld.
• Assist with finance‑related projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in asset management firms, audit firms, or investment banks.
• Strong business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
