Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager – Regional Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to lead regional finance operations for a multinational manufacturing group. The role will oversee accounting, treasury, and transformation initiatives across multiple sites in Hong Kong and South‑East Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Group finance operations across regions, managing General Ledger, AP, AR, operating expenses and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including accounting entries, reconciliations and reporting packages.
• Supervise cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, inter‑company fund allocation, banking relationships, loan utilization and treasury risk controls.
• Act as primary lead for statutory audits, external auditor coordination, tax compliance, regulatory reporting and internal‑control enhancements.
• Mentor regional finance managers and serve as the operational bridge to ensure effective execution of finance activities.
• Partner with business leaders to drive finance‑function transformation, improving efficiency, accuracy and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent).
• Big 4 audit experience is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, OEM/ODM or multi‑site production environments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Advanced financial modelling in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury operations, audit management and internal controls.
