Financial Planning & Analysis Lead – APAC

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead for APAC will transform financial data into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, this strategic finance partner will work closely with commercial, digital, retail, merchandising, operations, supply chain and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance business partner to APAC leadership, providing strategic counsel on revenue growth, profitability improvement and capital allocation.
• Partner with market FP&A teams, Managing Directors and functional heads to influence critical business decisions.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives and storytelling that align leaders around strategic priorities.
• Ensure financial results are accurate, consistently accounted for, and aligned with corporate accounting, controllership, tax, treasury and external reporting standards.
• Maintain disciplined close processes, strong controllership practices and transparent performance reporting across all APAC markets.
