FP&A Manager – Asia

About the role

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for the Asia Hub, you will partner with business functions to provide financial insights, drive performance, and support strategic decision‑making across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling tools used across the Asia Hub.
• Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and medium‑to‑long‑term finance planning submissions.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to inform management decisions.
• Prepare regular management reports, performance dashboards and variance analyses.
• Support monthly flash reviews, consolidation activities and monitor business performance for emerging risks.
• Lead and support regional finance projects and transformation initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Act as a trusted finance partner, delivering decision support and resource optimisation for assigned functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead finance‑related projects.
