Front Desk Associate (Luxury Hotel)

About the role
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑in and check‑out processes while ensuring smooth hand‑overs between shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard of customer service during check‑in, check‑out and throughout the guest stay.
- Maintain the hand‑over log for the next shift, recording pending services to guarantee follow‑up and completion.
- Assist in keeping departmental standards and procedures up‑to‑date and guest‑focused.
- Oversee the implementation of these standards to ensure consistent service quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a sizeable luxury hotel, or a recent graduate with relevant hospitality education.
- Passionate about personalized guest service with strong attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Required skills
- Familiarity with the Opera property management system (advantageous).
