Front Desk Receptionist – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and visitors at the Kowloon Cricket Club. You will manage front‑desk operations, answer phone calls and support the administrative needs of the club in a vibrant sports environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, guests and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Answer, direct and take messages for incoming telephone calls.
• Maintain and update administrative policies, procedures and related documentation.
• Assist with general office tasks and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth club operations.
• Act as an ambassador for the club, promoting its facilities and activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in hospitality management or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving abilities.
• Immediate availability preferred; candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a senior role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
