Full Stack Developer (AI & Innovation)

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop and implement high‑performance applications using Java Spring Boot and Vue.js, while leading AI‑assisted development initiatives and integrating AI solutions into business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement high‑performance applications with Java Spring Boot and Vue.js.
• Lead the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Practice and promote efficient AI‑assisted development to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
• Identify AI opportunities, drive AI initiatives and integrate AI solutions into company workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and headquarters on system integration, data flows and technical solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technology advancements and propose practical improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven experience as a full‑stack developer (or fresh graduate with a relevant degree).
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, AI or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset and ability to lead technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication in Chinese and English.

• Java and Spring Boot.
• Vue.js (or similar modern frontend framework).
• Relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server.
