About the role
We are seeking a Global Finance Business Partner to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management across our international markets. The role will support franchise partnerships, new market launches and cross‑functional initiatives while travelling extensively throughout the Asia‑Pacific region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management for overseas businesses, monitoring actuals versus budget and providing actionable insights.
- Prepare regular financial and management reports, including P&L analysis, variance analysis and forward‑looking forecasts.
- Support the full lifecycle of international franchise partnerships – settlement, budgeting, reporting, system implementation and analytical tooling.
- Partner with local finance teams to improve processes, strengthen internal controls and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch new markets, business models and operational initiatives.
- Develop standardized, data‑driven financial management frameworks and dashboards for international operations.
- Create financial guidelines, training materials and deliver training to overseas finance and business teams.
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and support strategic finance projects as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA is preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business finance or management reporting.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, chain food & beverage or other multi‑site consumer businesses is a plus.
- Background in multinational organisations or supporting international/franchise operations is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, primarily to Xiamen and other APAC markets.

- Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Financial modelling.
- Data analysis and large‑dataset management.
