Group Financial Controller – HKD1.2‑1.5M

About the role

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead the Group Financial Controller function for a global multinational corporation. The role oversees consolidation, reporting and audit processes while driving finance transformation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly group consolidation for global businesses.
• Manage regular group financial reporting and ensure timely delivery.
• Improve internal controls and implement best practices across local finance teams.
• Oversee the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Support finance transformation initiatives such as system upgrades, process re‑engineering and business intelligence deployment.
• Provide financial expertise for ad‑hoc initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• 15‑20 years of relevant experience, preferably with both Big 4 and in‑house finance exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Prior people‑management experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
