Influencer Marketing & Community Manager (Women's Wellness & Lifestyle)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing & Community Manager to lead our creator community in the women’s wellness and lifestyle space. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators, affiliates, and brand advocates to drive brand awareness and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creator community end‑to‑end, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, briefing, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify creators whose voice, values, audience, and creative standards align with the brand.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop affiliate ambassadors within a scalable program.
• Activate community members across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Partner closely with creative, brand, and customer experience teams to ensure a consistent community presence.
• Develop processes and tools that improve creator management, communication, content delivery, and program performance.
• Transform creator and community activity into high‑quality content, increased brand awareness, and measurable business results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, preferably within a direct‑to‑consumer brand.
• Experience in women’s wellness, beauty, health, or lifestyle is a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with warmth, empathy, and the ability to establish trust quickly.
• Excellent written communication and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to evaluate creators critically and articulate fit.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, execution‑focused environment.
• AI‑native, confident using modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
