Inside Sales Assistant

About the role

Ingram Micro, a global technology distributor and solutions provider, is hiring an Inside Sales Assistant in Kwun Tong. The Inside Sales team supports the sales function by ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication and operational excellence, so that sales teams can focus on building lasting partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to support business and sales objectives.
• Provide administrative and operational support for efficient sales execution.
• Respond to customer enquiries by email and phone in a professional and timely way.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and other customer documentation.
• Process purchase orders and keep accurate order records.
• Monitor order status, coordinate delivery schedules and support order fulfilment.
• Assist with payment follow-up, credit release coordination and order issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, service-oriented support.

Required profile

• Secondary education or above.
• Eager to learn, customer-focused and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant customer service or sales support experience is an advantage.
• Candidates who can join promptly are highly regarded.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational ability and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general business systems.
