IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide end‑user, site and project IT support across North Asia. The role focuses on new outlet openings, ensuring IT readiness, device deployment, vendor coordination and L1/L2 operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support new lounge, store and office openings, handling IT readiness planning, onsite setup, testing and handover.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, vendors and regional IT teams to meet project milestones.
• Deploy, commission and provide go‑live support for hardware and network infrastructure.
• Prepare, configure and roll out laptops, desktops, printers, POS equipment, tablets and network devices.
• Manage internet circuits, LAN/Wi‑Fi, telephony and overall IT infrastructure readiness.
• Maintain project asset inventory, logistics, delivery tracking and documentation.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for end‑user devices and business applications.
• Support meeting rooms, AV systems and Microsoft Teams collaboration tools.
• Handle incidents and service requests via the ITSM platform, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support or implementation experience.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and endpoint devices.
• Hands‑on knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and vendor management skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and willing to travel within North Asia.
