Junior Antitrust/Competition Lawyer

About the role

Our client, a leading international law firm, is expanding its Asia‑Pacific Antitrust/Competition practice. The junior associate will work on high‑profile cross‑border transactions, supporting clients across technology, semiconductors, telecommunications, private equity and healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multi‑jurisdictional filing analyses and research decisional practice.
• Prepare client information requests and draft merger filings.
• Advise on behavioural competition matters.
• Collaborate with senior competition lawyers, transactional teams and local counsel worldwide.

Required profile

• 1–3 years post‑qualification experience in antitrust or competition law.
• Qualification in Hong Kong or another leading common‑law jurisdiction.
• Experience at a leading international or top‑tier firm.
• Strong academic record with excellent analytical and drafting abilities.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.
