Key Account Manager – Food Delivery & Grocery Platform

About the role

foodpanda is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join its Commercial Department in Hong Kong. You will act as the main point of contact for partner restaurants, driving account growth and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent foodpanda as an ambassador and build trusted advisor relationships with key restaurant partners.
• Serve as the lead contact for a portfolio of partner restaurants, handling high‑severity requests and issue escalations.
• Activate advertising, promotional deals and online marketing packages to grow revenue and meet retention targets.
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives and forecast key account metrics.
• Collaborate with Content, Sales and Marketing teams for lead generation and content management.
• Coordinate project delivery, ensuring solutions meet partner needs and objectives.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather requirements and work with service providers to fulfil them.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Detail‑oriented with proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to present and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
