Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Consultant specialized in commercial contracts to support our Fortune 500 clients. You will work closely with legal and business teams, providing practical advice that aligns with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal and business teams of F500 clients to deliver commercially‑tailored support.
• Provide practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals.
• Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements across various business lines.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect the latest regulatory requirements.
• Advise business clients directly and offer solutions for corporate policy matters as needed.
