Legal Consultant – Data Privacy

About the role

Axiom Talent Platform is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant specializing in data privacy to support its Fortune 500 clients. You will work closely with legal and business teams to deliver tailored privacy advice and help standardise policies and contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Standardise privacy policies, protocols and training programmes, including vendor and client contracts.
• Provide legal advice on privacy compliance, privacy impact assessments, data‑sharing and related matters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation reflecting the latest regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product development, M&A, investor relations and procurement stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified legal practitioner with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in data protection and privacy.
• Proven experience advising Fortune 500 clients on privacy compliance and policy improvement.
• Ability to work side‑by‑side with legal and business teams to deliver commercially‑focused solutions.

Required skills

• Data‑privacy law expertise (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience drafting and reviewing privacy policies and contracts.
• Conducting privacy impact assessments.
