Legal Counsel – Remote (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join a leading secure logistics provider on a full‑time remote basis, supporting its Asia operations from Hong Kong. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of legal matters within a complex, international environment, collaborating closely with commercial, compliance and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as customer service contracts, subcontractor agreements and NDAs.
• Adapt and develop contract templates to meet specific business and client requirements.
• Prepare legal letters, responses and internal communications.
• Review contracts, legal opinions and provide advice on a broad range of legal issues.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies.
• Manage relationships and communications with external counsel.
• Conduct legal research on cross‑jurisdictional matters.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in commercial contracts.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Confident and precise drafter capable of handling complex, high‑volume agreements.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently in a remote setting.
• Experience at a top law firm or in‑house within a complex international business is a plus.
