Logistics Coordinator (Warehouse)

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations. This position supports both international and domestic freight movements, acting as a key point of contact for carriers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate inbound and outbound shipments to meet schedule commitments.
• Resolve delays and issues affecting shipment timelines.
• Expedite customs clearance and ensure compliance with import regulations.
• Identify service failures and process credit approvals according to carrier guidelines.
• Arrange urgent shipments, including next‑flight outs, hot‑shots, and drop shipments.
• Provide cost‑effective international and domestic quotes.
• Research missing freight, file claims, and follow up as needed.
• Be on call during night hours when required.

Required profile

• Transportation industry experience preferred.
• Self‑motivated with ability to handle stressful situations.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow‑through.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
