About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor acts as the primary bridge between Operations and Engineering, driving defect and risk elimination programmes such as Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and reliability reviews. The role supports the Maintenance Manager in implementing long‑term asset strategies and ensures safe, efficient plant performance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate defect‑elimination initiatives including PM, PdM, RCFA, Bad Actors, FMEA, RCM and RAM modelling.
- Manage contracts with integrated engineering contractors and oversee troubleshooting, work‑scope and job‑plan delivery.
- Provide daily technical support for preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Record and track maintenance actions through GSAP L‑GAME.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the depot‑engineering interface and support approved CAPEX projects.
- Apply Permit‑to‑Work, Process Safety, Management of Change and HAZOP procedures.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of engineering‑related or diverse maintenance experience.
- Professional Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in oil production or filling‑line operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of local statutory requirements, engineering codes and standards.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
- Willingness to work a 5.5‑day shift pattern.
