Manager, Account Management (Component Repair & Overhaul)

About the role

The Manager, Account Management will be the primary point of contact for contracted customers of HAECO Component Overhaul. The role ensures contractual obligations are met, financial performance is monitored, and long‑term relationships are built across the aviation MRO business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main account contact for assigned customers, leading regular review meetings and issue resolution.
• Own the execution of commercial agreements, ensuring targets, profitability and contractual terms are achieved.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities and coordinate with Group Commercial and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse revenue and profitability against business plans, providing short‑ and long‑term forecasts.
• Initiate contract amendments, work with Product Analysis for calculations, and support negotiations.
• Lead external performance reviews with customers and internal reviews with management.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, operations and production teams to ensure service delivery meets KPIs and to drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or commercial roles within an aviation or MRO environment.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to monitor contract profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
