Manager, Business Strategy & Project Management

About the role

The Manager, Business Strategy & Project Management will partner with the Senior Manager of Project Management to deliver and support projects for the COO’s Office. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will oversee progress monitoring, coordination and delivery across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and various streams under the COO’s Office to ensure high‑quality execution of multiple projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor project status, identify risks and issues, and create contingency plans.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations and findings.
• Implement project management processes and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Support identification and prioritisation of new project opportunities based on market trends and business objectives.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare management updates, reporting decks and materials.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, regulations, policies and standards during execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in the retail industry or large organisations, or at least 1 year in a consultancy with strong project‑management exposure.
• Strong problem‑solving, presentation and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
