Manager, Channel Strategy & Operations – Google Channels

About the role

Klook is looking for a strategic and results‑driven manager to lead the development and execution of business strategies that leverage Google’s paid and non‑paid channels. The role focuses on driving traffic, optimizing marketing performance, and improving operational efficiency for Klook’s travel offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive strategies using Google Ads, Things To Do Ads, and SEO to increase traffic for Klook’s travel products.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, ROI, and organic traffic growth using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Looker.
• Streamline marketing operations by establishing processes, tools, and workflows that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Vertical Planning, Product, Data, and Regional Marketing teams to align channel strategies with broader business goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Lead experimental initiatives to drive innovation and growth across Google channels.
